Za Contact Form - is a very simple contact module for Joomla! This Ajax based contact module. Morphing button concept where the action element (button) morphs into a modal window. Interesting thing to do is to move an element from the button with the expanding division, and reusing it as a title. Fields are validated via Javascript and if there are no errors e-mails are sent with an Ajaxed interface.
